Rare Georgian Circa 1790 Sepia Mourning Pendant

Rare 1790 sepia mourning pendant with blue enamel  and gold . The image shows two angels pointing to a tombstone with two doves sitting on top.  There is a small dog in the corner looking up at the angels. 
The back has braided dark hair and has gold letter C scripted in what looks like tiny seed pearls. 
I don’t know if this is 18k gold or low carat 15 but it is a high quality mourning piece. 
Measures approximately 1.75” in length.
